Agent Orange Information

If you served in Vietnam between 9 Jan 1962 and 7 May 1975, you are presumed to have been exposed to a herbicide. There are 11 conditions recognized by the VA (Veteran Affairs) as serviced connected with Agent Orange and the other herbicides used in the Vietnam theatre of operations.

They are:

  1. Chloracne (or other acneform diseases similar to chloracne) -
  2. Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma -
  3. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia -
  4. Soft Tissue Sarcoma (other than osteosarcoma, chondrosarcoma, Kaposi's sarcoma or meso-thelioma) -
  5. Hodgkin's Disease -
  6. Porphyria Cutanea Tarda -
  7. Multiple Myeloma -
  8. Respiratory Cancers (including cancers of the lung, larynx, trachea, and bronchus) -
  9. Prostate Cancer -
  10. Peripheral Neuropathy (acute or subacute) -
  11. Type II Diabetes -

    Veteran Offspring:

  12. Spina Bifida in Children born to veterans exposed to herbicide agents, such as Agent Orange
